A crew that thinks before it films
Mačiukas Media is a video and photo production team based in Kaunas, working across Lithuania and the Baltics. Before the camera is switched on, we make sure we understand what the content has to achieve and who it is for. Then we take care of everything on the ground: people, light, sound, locations and permits.
The people who discuss the project with you are the same people who stand on set afterwards — fewer hand-overs, fewer misunderstandings.
Who we work with

International companies in Lithuania
Brand films, team stories, product shoots and portraits for offices and branches operating in Lithuania.

Agencies and production companies
You bring the idea or your own director — we provide a dependable local crew with camera, lighting, sound and photography.

International events
Sports events, celebrations and anything that moves fast — we catch the energy as it happens, on video and in photos, with one team. See our event filming.
Selected work
Video and photography from one crew
Most shoots need both: a video and a set of strong photographs. Booking two teams means two briefings, two schedules and two different visual styles. We do both with the same crew on the same day.
While the camera operators film, our photographer captures the moments between the planned shots — a glance, hands at work, light that falls exactly right. You leave with the video you planned and photos ready for your website, press releases and social media.

The people you will work with

Eugenijus Mačiukas
Director & producer
First looks for the idea, then the composition. Makes sure the content says something worth watching.

Gabija Barštytė

Sees the frame nobody planned. Films, lights and takes the photographs between the planned shots.

Vilius Žukauskas
Camera & lighting
If something on set is not working, he fixes it — usually with one lamp or twenty centimetres.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work in English?
Yes. The brief, the script, communication on set and delivery can all be handled in English, so nothing gets lost between your team and ours.
Can you shoot video and photos on the same day?
Yes, and that is how we usually work. The same crew covers both, so you get one briefing, one shooting day and a consistent look across the video and the photos.
Can you work as a local crew for your own director?
Yes. If you bring your own director or creative team, we provide the camera, lighting, sound and photography crew in Lithuania and follow your brief and style.
Do you take care of locations and filming permits?
Yes. We plan locations and arrange the permits needed, including drone flights in sensitive areas. We have filmed, for example, at the Port of Klaipėda next to the LNG terminal.
Can we approve shots remotely if we cannot be on set?
Yes. We can share a live view from the camera monitor over a video call, so you can check framing and approve takes from your own office — and we adjust on the spot.
How do you deliver the files?
Through a secure cloud download link, in the formats and versions agreed before the shoot — horizontal and vertical video, subtitles and processed photos. You do not need to install anything.
Do you invoice foreign companies without Lithuanian VAT?
Yes. VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, so Lithuanian VAT is not added. Companies outside the EU are also invoiced without Lithuanian VAT. All our prices are quoted excluding VAT.
How much does a production cost?
Projects start from EUR 2,000; most corporate productions fall between EUR 6,000 and 8,000, excluding VAT. The final price depends on the number of shooting days, the size of the crew and the deliverables. Read more about corporate video pricing.
