- Client data — contact details and project information required to deliver the agreed work and issue invoices. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected through analytics tools. Purpose: to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Legal basis: consent.
- Image and sound recordings — material produced during filming, processed on the basis of the agreement with the client and, where individuals are identifiable, their consent.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years. Client and accounting data are kept for the period required by Lithuanian law, normally ten years. Filmed material is kept for as long as the agreement with the client provides, and is deleted on request where no legal obligation requires otherwise.
5. Who has access to your data
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. It may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf — website hosting, email, accounting and analytics — under contracts that require them to protect it. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires.
