A request to “film an event” can mean three completely different products. Which one you choose determines the preparation, the size of the crew and the price. So the most important question before an event is not when it takes place, but what this content will be used for afterwards.

Three different products

  • Documentation. The camera records the presentations, the awards and the key moments. Intended for the internal archive or for participants.
  • A showcase film. Shows the company’s culture, scale, people and emotion to future employees, partners or clients. This kind of content has to be directed, not merely recorded.
  • A social media content package. One event produces not a single long film but many short ones: thoughts from the management, reactions from guests, behind-the-scenes, interviews, vertical stories.

How we work

  • Before the event we go through the programme, the key moments, the speakers and what absolutely has to be on camera
  • We plan how many operators are needed — several things happen at once at an event, and one person cannot be in several places
  • We take care of sound: speakers are recorded separately, not through the camera microphone
  • We film from several angles so that the edit can cut out the pauses and keep the pace
  • We edit the agreed formats and durations

Frequently asked questions

How many camera operators are needed?

It depends on the event. If a presentation on stage, networking in the hall and an awards ceremony happen at the same time, one person is not enough — physically. Read more: why a team is needed.

Can you film and photograph?

Yes. Our team includes a photographer, so you get both video and stills from the same event without coordinating two separate crews.

Are drone permits required?

In sensitive locations yes, and we take care of that. We have filmed in places such as the Port of Klaipėda next to the LNG terminal.
